Mild Banana Pepper Rings

Roasted Red Bell Pepper Strips

(Freezer Section of Favorite Grocery Store)

Newman’s Own Organic Sackarooni
(23.5 oz jar – You may end up using more – but let the recipe cook first and determine if you need more sauce)
Instructions
Drain banana peppers and red peppers in wire mesh strainer and pat dry with a paper towel.
Place banana peppers and red peppers in a mini food processor and chop.
Saute’ peppers, onions, and garlic in Instant Pot (or on stove top) for 5-10 minutes
Add Gardein and Sockarooni sauce to Instant Pot and stir well. (If using a slow cooker, add all ingredients to slow cooker)
Slow cook for 2 – 2.5 hours, stirring occasionally. (If you are using a slow cooker, set it to high)
