Instructions
  1. Peel and thinly slice cucumbers
  2. If you have not already done so, chop onion
  3. In a medium bowl, combine cucumbers and onion. Make sure the bowl you use has a lid.
  4. Add remaining ingredients (water, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt & pepper
  5. Stir well & cover bowl with lid.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours. This allows all the flavor profiles to blend together and marinate.
  7. Drain any excess liquid and ENJOY!!
