Presenter: Lori Clark, AFAA group ﬁtness instructor, ACE personal trainer, YogaFit 200-RYT, Zumba instructor, and most recently, she completed a certiﬁcate in Whole Foods Plant-Based Nutrition through the Center for Nutrition Studies at eCornell. She is also working towards a degree in Public Health with an emphasis in health education & promotion.
